How the Trust Center works

1. You file a case. Tell us what happened, attach screenshots and emails. We’ll ask a few questions to understand the dispute. Average submission time: 5 minutes.
2. We assess in 24 hours. Our team reads your case and tells you (a) likelihood of success, (b) what evidence is missing, (c) realistic timeline. We’re honest — if we don’t think you’ll win, we say so.
3. We contact the casino. We have direct lines to compliance teams at 130+ operators. Most respond within 5 days. The casino sees an AskProGambler case — they know we publish the outcome.
4. Mediation. We work both sides. Sometimes the casino is right (player breached terms). Sometimes the player is right. We push for fair resolution either way.
5. Resolution. Funds returned, account reinstated, or casino refuses. If the casino refuses without justification, they go on the 避免名单 and we publish the case anonymously.

What we can help with

• Withdrawal blocked or delayed beyond stated processing time
• Account closed with balance retained
• Bonus winnings voided after meeting wagering
• KYC document loop (asked for “additional” documents repeatedly)
• Self-exclusion not honoured
• Identity theft / unauthorised account opening
• Game malfunction (disputed hand, server crash mid-bet)

What we can’t help with

• Disputes against unlicensed casinos (no leverage)
• Disputes where you breached clear T&Cs (e.g. multi-accounting, bonus abuse)
• Disputes older than 6 months (evidence too stale)
• Gambling debts (we don’t mediate between players and family/lenders)

Why is this free?

Because we’ve seen too many Malaysian players lose months chasing payouts. Because casinos that block withdrawals are the same casinos that game search rankings. Because building player trust is more valuable to us than a one-time fee.
